Palolem beach is also known as the paradise beach


Because of the shape of the beach one can see the other end of the beach standing at one that is one can view the whole beach standing at one point. The night life of the Palolem beach is also very famous. Goa beaches are all about fun, pomp and show, dance and music. Anjuna Beach is famous for St. Michaels church and the beach is also the hub of trance parties which adds to the fame of the city. Aguada beach has a fort named fort Aguada which makes the place a tourist spot.

Every beach has a different type of significance and is different in its own way. Like Baga beach is a fishing zone and one can witness the local fishing communities of the area in the beach. Benaulim beach offers the famous cuisines of Goa and the dishes are divine and mouthwatering. Another famous and popular beach of Goa is Colva beach which is also known as the “Queen of Beaches” is one of the longest beaches in the world as it covers an area of 24kms. The place also has a church called the lady of Mercy and it also grabs the attention of many tourists. Dona Paula beach is believed to be a Lover's Paradise. This beach is known after a British Viceroy's daughter who committed suicide for not been given the permission to marry a local fishermen whom she loved dearly.

Every beach of goa has a different story and importance. There are many beaches like Varca-cavelossim, Agonda, etc which are visited for their calm and serene environment and the cleanliness and stunning beauty which these beaches offer. The beaches of Goa are also famous for the night parties and the night life of Goa is so lively that gives a totally different experience. So, Goa stands for gorgeous beaches with delicious cuisines and carnival-like nightlife.
